Ivalua users can verify the validity of IBANs provided by their suppliers right from the moment supplier records are created in Ivalua.

Supplier Database Audit in Ivalua

Ivalua users can perform bulk IBAN verifications across their supplier database to instantly identify valid, incorrect, outdated, or potentially fraudulent bank details.

Payment Risk Assessment

For each IBAN verification, Ivalua users receive a color-coded status indicating the payment risk level associated with the bank details, along with detailed reasons to help correct any incorrect or fraudulent IBANs.

Validation Before Submission to Accounting Teams

A validation process can be configured to prevent Ivalua users from submitting supplier records to the accounting teams until the IBAN has been verified by Sis ID.
