Sis ID’s security requirements for its ecosystem have been reinforced with the implementation of an ISMS (Information Security Management System) and an Information System Security Policy.

1. Security policy

Sis ID is committed to maintaining the highest standards and meeting the most stringent requirements in terms of information security and data protection. Our aim is to protect the assets of our employees, customers, suppliers and partners from any threat whatsoever.

The company has an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to address all kinds of information security risks across its organization, processes, products and activities. The system benefits from continuous improvement processes and measures of effectiveness – with the help of internal and external auditors – of all security provisions.

2. Safety event reporting form

As part of this security policy, Sis ID provides a security event reporting form and recommends that details be shared in the event of a suspected security breach or vulnerability on any asset owned, controlled or operated by Sis ID using the reporting form.

This information will be communicated directly to the Sis ID security team, who will – if necessary – contact you in order to assess the event and conduct a thorough investigation.

In this respect, we ask you to communicate about security events in a responsible manner, providing sufficient information and background to our team. As part of its policy, Sis ID is committed to taking appropriate measures to ensure resolution.
